Process:
The first step is to fill out the contact form. We will respond within 24-72 hours with questions regarding your request. The next step is to provide a quote. If a client agrees with the quote, all necessary data required to begin the project is requested (if applicable) and a PayPal generated invoice is emailed. Upon receipt of payment, work will begin. Depending upon the type of project, most drafts are sent within 24-72 hours after a payment is made.

  • print work - advertisements, brochures, businesscards, comp cards, folders, flyers, invitations,etc.
  • custom books (photography portfolios, illustrated books)
  • website layout design
  • basic flash animations like animated headers, text, photos
  • website updating/maintenance
  • photography/photo editing/retouching/enhancement

Pricing: Pricing varies and depends on the nature of the project. Potential clients are encouraged to contact us via the provided form for a full quote. The pricing info listed provides a general idea of expected costs, but in no way represent a final fee for client work. Projects are reviewed individually and quoted accordingly. Generally, clients can expect to pay an estimated $50-$150+ for illustration work (pricing depends on the complexity of the drawing). Graphic design projects are billed differently and clients should contact us for a custom quote. Please note that ESTIMATES ARE GOOD FOR 30 DAYS only and prices are subject to change. Package deals are available, please contact us!

Payments: Only PayPal payments are accepted. Payments will be made via a PayPal generated invoice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please understand that if you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one for free (for more info please click here). For those who fear purchasing items online, PayPal is a secure method of payment and we do not receive or retain any personal information other than what you have provided to us. Printing Policies: JOUJOU does not provide printing services. We outsource to various vendors, both local and abroad and we can make referrals. If you would like us to coordinate printing of a project, we can do that for you. Please be aware that JOUJOU is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the client associated with printing. If you request print services/referrals, JOUJOU is not responsible for errors or damages to artwork/materials at the hands of commercial printers/mail carriers/shipping companies. Those issues will have to be handled by the client and the vendor providing the printing or shipping service. We will not offer a refund or pay for reprints. Once the artwork is sent to a vendor, it becomes the responsibility of the client and said vendor. JOUJOU will take necessary steps to ensure that all client files meet printing standards before submitting them to a printer.

Property Rights -
We retain the right to show all drawings, artwork, specifications, & other visual presentation materials in printed or online portfolios. Clients who requests logo designs are responsible for securing copyrights/trademarks.

Termination - Either party (JOUJOU or the Client) may terminate a project upon giving written notice. Upon termination, JOUJOU will retain any initial payment & the client shall pay for all hours expended on a project up to the date of termination.
